By booking a training course or registering as a course participant you agree with our declared general terms and conditions as long as we have not explicitly and in writing agreed – in individual cases – on other conditions.

You can sign up via this website or through registration by your employer. Each sign up is binding up until the defined cancellation rules (see below).
Prices
Our prices are valid for private customers. If you want to order for an enterprise, please contact us for enterprise pricing and offers.
Our published prices are inclusive Austrian VAT. Local VAT as applicable is shown during the order process and included on the invoice. VIARES offers its customers two payment options.
Payments are per program ordered and can be one-time or multiple installments. Multiple payments are due on the date mentioned on your order confirmation. In case a payment of the multiple installments fail, your program enrollment is automatically suspended. A transaction fee of EUR 19.90 will be charged for any failed payments and your program access expires automatically after one year.(this does not apply to orders placed between December 18, 2022 and February 14, 2023).
Services are subject to change without prior notice. Any none-cost services (i.e. “free”, “additional benefit”, “complimentary”, etc.) are subject to change without notice and do not form part of the for-cost services and related orders made.
Cancellation and refunds as a private person
In case you register as a private person for a VIARES program via telephone, fax, email or internet Austrian jurisdiction regarding Customer Protection (KSchG) and Remote Sales Act (FAGG) apply and guarantee the customer the right to withdraw from the registration within 14 calendar days after the confirmed booking. A service charge of the equivalent of one monthly installment will be deducted.
This regulation does not apply for seminars starting within the 14-calendar-day-timeframe after the registration. If you have already accessed our learning management system cancellation and refund is not possible. A complementary change to another training program at the same fee can be agreed.
In case of a complementary cancellation of a multiple-installment plan, a cancellation fee of 50% of the open monthly installments will be charged (this does not apply to orders placed between December 18, 2022 and February 14, 2023).
The cancellation is guaranteed provided the withdrawal is sent within the 14-calendar-day timeframe, must be in writing (e.g. via a letter, fax or email) and can be expressed without giving reason. The date of dispatch counts for the 14-calendar-day timeframe. Saturday’s do not count as calendar days.

VIARES cannot be made liable in such cases. VIARES assumes no liability in case of printing or write errors in publications and on the VIARES website. We reserve the right to change the date or the trainers or to cancel a program. For program start dates changed by more then six months VIARES will refund payments received.

The dissemination usage – including company internal – of our materials require a previous written agreement from VIARES.
Cooperation
All trainers and advisors of VIARES are in a contractual relationship with our organization. Once an agreement for a particular program is made and VIARES has named the involved trainers the VIARES client does not have the right to take our named VIARES trainers under a separate, VIARES-independent contract for the topics of the agreed program unless VIARES has explicitly and in writing granted consent to such arrangements.
Confidentiality
VIARES collaborates with a broad spectrum of clients who are often in a competitive relationship. Our trainers and employees are obliged to strict confidentiality. This certainly also includes any matters of personal concern.
Place of Jurisdiction
For any issues that cannot be settled outside court the applicable place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Memberships can be cancelled up to two months before the annual renewal, otherwise the annual membership will renew automatically.

Anmeldung
Ihre Anmeldung kann durch Anmeldung über diese Webseite oder durch Ihren Arbeitgeber erfolgen. Jede Anmeldung gilt als verbindlich in dem Ausmaß, wie es in den erklärten Storno-Regelungen beschrieben ist (siehe unten).
Preise
Unsere Preise gelten für private Endkunden. Wenn Sie für ein Unternehmen bestellen möchten kontaktieren Sie uns bitte für Preise und Angebote.
Unsere angegebenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive österreichischer Umsatzsteuer. Die jeweilige lokale Umsatzsteuer wird im Zuge der Bestellung separat ausgewiesen und entsprechend in Rechnung gestellt. VIARES bietet ihren Kunden zwei Zahlungsvarianten an.
Preise sind pro Program einmalig oder in wiederkehrenden Beträgen zu bezahlen. Wiederkehrende Beträge werden laut ihrer Bestellung fällig. Ihr Zugang zum Programm endet automatisch nach einem Jahr. Sollten Zahlungen fehlschlagen wird ihre Teilnahme am Programm automatisch suspendiert. Für die Bearbeitung von fehlgeschlagenen Zahlungen wird eine Gebühr von EUR 19.90 netto verrechnet (dies gilt nicht für Bestellungen zwischen dem 18. Dezember 2022 und dem 14. Februar 2023).
Services können jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung inhaltlich geändert werden. Gratis Services (z.B. “free”, “additional benefit”, complimentary”, etc.) können jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung geändert und widerrufen werden und sind nicht teil der bezahlten Services.
Rücktritt und Refundierung als Privatperson
Wenn Sie ein VIARES Program privat buchen und die Buchung einer Veranstaltung im Fernabsatz erfolgt, insbesondere also telefonisch, per Fax, E-Mail oder Internet, steht dem/der Teilnehmer/-in als Konsument/-in im Sinne des KSchG ein gesetzliches Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetztes (FAGG) binnen 14 Kalendertagen gerechnet ab Vertragsabschluss zu. Eine Servicegebühr in der Höhe einer montlichen wiederkehrenden Zahlung kommt zum Abzug.
Dies gilt nicht für Veranstaltungen, die bereits innerhalb dieser 14 Kalendertage ab dem Vertragsabschluss beginnen. Wenn Sie bereits unser Lernmanagement System geöffnet haben ist eine Stornierung und Refundierung nicht möglich. Ein einvernehmlicher Wechsel zu einem anderen Training kann vereinbart werden. Im Falle einer freiwilligen Stornierung eines Zahlungsplan mit wiederkehrenden Zahlungen durch die VIARES GmbH werden 50% der offenen monatliche Beträge als Bearbeitungsgebühr verrechnet (dies gilt nicht für Bestellungen zwischen dem 18. Dezember 2022 und dem 14. Februar 2023).
Die Rücktrittsfrist gilt als gewahrt, wenn die Rücktrittserklärung innerhalb der Frist abgesendet wird. Rücktritte von der Vertragserklärung sind daher binnen 14 Kalendertagen ab dem Vertragsabschluss ohne Angabe von Gründen durch Absenden einer schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung (z.B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail) möglich. Dafür genügt es, wenn die Rücktrittserklärung innerhalb dieser Frist abgesendet wird (entscheidend ist das Datum des Postaufgabescheines). Samstage zählen nicht als Werktage.

Zahlungsbedingungen
Nach Ihrer Anmeldung erhalten Sie spätestens innerhalb der nächsten 3 Werktage eine Anmeldebestätigung, sowie die Rechnung inkl. MwSt. per E-Mail. Etwaige Ermäßigungen sind nicht addierbar, d.h. der Kunde muss sich für eine der Ermäßigungsvarianten entscheiden.
Der/die Auftraggeber/-in ist nicht berechtigt, Zahlungen zurückzuhalten oder mit eigenen Ansprüchen gegenzurechnen.
Absagen durch VIARES
VIARES kann Programme aufgrund krankheitsbedingter Ausfälle von Trainerinnen und Umständen, die VIARES nicht beeinflussen kann, absagen und für das Nichtstattfinden einer Veranstaltung nicht haftbar gemacht werden.
VIARES übernimmt keine Gewähr bei Druck- und Schreibfehlern in Publikationen und auf der Homepage.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Termin bzw. den/die Trainer/-in zu ändern bzw. ein Seminar abzusagen, sollten unvorhersehbare Umstände es erfordern. In einem solchen unwahrscheinlichen Fall, werden die registrierten Teilnehmer/-innen unverzüglich telefonisch oder per E-mail über die Änderung/Absage und mögliche Alternativen informiert.
Für Verschiebungen von mehr als sechs Monate erstattet VIARES die bereits getätigten Zahlungen.

Die von uns beigestellten Unterlagen sind und bleiben geistiges Eigentum von VIARES und stehen ausschließlich unseren Teilnehmern/-innen für Ihren persönlichen Zweck als Anwender/-in des Gelernten (also nicht für gewerbliche Zwecke) zur Verfügung. Die darüberhinausgehende – auch firmeninterne – Verbreitung und Nutzung dieses Materials ist an unsere vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung gebunden.
Zusammenarbeit
Alle unsere Trainer/-innen und Berater/-innen stehen in vertraglicher Beziehung zu VIARES. Der/die Auftraggeber/-in ist nicht berechtigt, sie zur Übernahme von Aufträgen auf eigene Rechnung zu veranlassen, ausgenommen wenn eine solche Übereinkunft ausdrücklich und schriftlich von VIARES genehmigt wird.
Vertraulichkeit
Wir arbeiten für unterschiedliche Firmen, die oft im Wettbewerb zueinander stehen. Unsere Trainer/-innen und Mitarbeiter/-innen sind zur absoluten Verschwiegenheit verpflichtet.
Gerichtsstand
Für alle im Konsensweg nicht beilegbaren Streitigkeiten gilt das sachlich zuständige Gericht in Wien als Gerichtsstand.

Bereits geleistete Zahlungen sind nicht refundierbar.
Die Rücktrittsfrist gilt als gewahrt, wenn die Rücktrittserklärung innerhalb der Frist abgesendet wird. Samstage zählen nicht als Werktage.

Der/die Auftraggeber/-in ist nicht berechtigt, Zahlungen zurückzuhalten oder mit eigenen Ansprüchen gegenzurechnen.
Für von VIARES abgelehnte Zahlungsstreitigkeiten berechnen wir die daraus resultierenden Gebühren Dritter und eine Verwaltungsgebühr von mindestens 19,90 EUR.
Absagen durch VIARES
VIARES kann Programme aufgrund krankheitsbedingter Ausfälle von Trainerinnen und Umständen, die VIARES nicht beeinflussen kann, absagen und für das Nichtstattfinden einer Veranstaltung nicht haftbar gemacht werden.
VIARES übernimmt keine Gewähr bei Druck- und Schreibfehlern in Publikationen und auf der Homepage.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Termin bzw. den/die Trainer/-in zu ändern bzw. ein Seminar abzusagen, sollten unvorhersehbare Umstände es erfordern. In einem solchen unwahrscheinlichen Fall, werden die registrierten Teilnehmer/-innen unverzüglich telefonisch oder per E-mail über die Änderung/Absage und mögliche Alternativen informiert.
Für Verschiebungen von mehr als sechs Monate erstattet VIARES die bereits getätigten Zahlungen.

Wir arbeiten für unterschiedliche Firmen, die oft im Wettbewerb zueinander stehen. Unsere Trainer/-innen und Mitarbeiter/-innen sind zur absoluten Verschwiegenheit verpflichtet.
Gerichtsstand
Für alle im Konsensweg nicht beilegbaren Streitigkeiten gilt das sachlich zuständige Gericht in Wien als Gerichtsstand.

Anmeldung
Ihre Anmeldung kann durch Anmeldung über diese Webseite oder durch Ihren Arbeitgeber erfolgen. Jede Anmeldung gilt als verbindlich in dem Ausmaß, wie es in den erklärten Storno-Regelungen beschrieben ist (siehe unten).
Preise
Unsere Preise gelten für private Endkunden. Wenn Sie für ein Unternehmen bestellen möchten kontaktieren Sie uns bitte für Preise und Angebote.
Unsere angegebenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive österreichischer Umsatzsteuer. Die jeweilige lokale Umsatzsteuer wird im Zuge der Bestellung separat ausgewiesen und entsprechend in Rechnung gestellt. VIARES bietet ihren Kunden zwei Zahlungsvarianten an.
Preise sind pro Program einmalig oder in wiederkehrenden Beträgen zu bezahlen. Wiederkehrende Beträge werden laut ihrer Bestellung fällig. Sollten Zahlungen fehlschlagen wird ihre Teilnahme am Programm automatisch suspendiert. Membership Pläne sind Jahrespläne, unabhängig von der Art der Bezahlung.
Jahrespläne können jeweils bis zu zwei Monte vor Ende das Jahresplan gekündigt werden, andernfalls die Jahrespläne automatisch verlängert werden.
Services können jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung inhaltlich geändert werden. Gratis Services (z.B. “free”, “additional benefit”, complimentary”, etc.) können jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung geändert und widerrufen werden und sind nicht teil der bezahlten Services.
Rücktritt und Refundierung als Privatperson
Wenn Sie ein VIARES Program privat buchen und die Buchung einer Veranstaltung im Fernabsatz erfolgt, insbesondere also telefonisch, per Fax, E-Mail oder Internet, steht dem/der Teilnehmer/-in als Konsument/-in im Sinne des KSchG ein gesetzliches Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetztes (FAGG) binnen 14 Kalendertagen gerechnet ab Vertragsabschluss zu. Eine Servicegebühr in der Höhe einer montlichen wiederkehrenden Zahlung kommt zum Abzug.
Dies gilt nicht für Veranstaltungen, die bereits innerhalb dieser 14 Kalendertage ab dem Vertragsabschluss beginnen. Wenn Sie bereits unser Lernmanagement System geöffnet haben ist eine Stornierung und Refundierung nicht möglich. Ein einvernehmlicher Wechsel zu einem anderen Training kann vereinbart werden.
