VIARES is flexible. There are no pesky contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account up to two months before an annual renewal date. There are no cancellation fees.
We run promotions on the website during the year and we offer monthly installment plans to support as many members globally as possible.
No – all our certificates are included in our training courses.
You can complete the training course without additional cost. What we charge individually are:
- download of the online learning material if you choose €9.90
- any additional exam attempts up to € 19.90 for 2 attempts
- a Failed Payment Service Fee of EUR 7.90 net is a charge that is incurred when a payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds or an incorrect payment method. This fee is necessary as every failed payment requires manual administrative efforts and harms our financial score with global payment providers.
Your previous plan remains valid.
If you have a life-time plan, there is no change for you. You can buy a membership plan to extend your access any time.
If you have a monthly installment plan, you can change after full completion of your current plan.
Course Questions
Each program can consist of multiple modules. Each Module can contain E-Learnings, Assignments, Tests and live and recorded webinars.
You can take the exam as often as needed. The cost for two attempts is included in the training course fee. Two additional attempts are up to €19.90. We might need up to three business days for activation, so please plan accordingly.
Our certificates are provided after successful completion of the training course including the exam. For most trainings students need to achieve 80% of possible points on the training modules and the final exam. Please check the training course details after enrollment.
Yes, our training courses are designed in a way that you can decide when you take what activity. You can do that 24/7 during your one year enrollment.
This means, that you have full control of when you take what activity in the training. You decide your pace.
Yes, all our training courses come with the direct interaction possibility with the trainers via the learning management platform. Our Academy team is available for your support any time.
It depends on the course, therefore please check the course details. All information on duration and learning hours are average estimates based on completion timelines of previous graduates.
One Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is defined as 10 contact hours (1 hour = 60 minutes) of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction. The primary purpose of the CEU is to provide a permanent record of the individuals who have completed one or more non-credit educational experiences.
